Stargate Universe is set to break even more grounds when the third instalment of the franchise rolls off the production line and onto main stage television distribution later in 2009.
One of the series regulars Camille Wray, who is played by veteran Chinese-American actress Ming-Na Wen, will be the very first gay character to feature on the hit Sci Fi franchise.
Casting producers are currently seeking a casting for Camille’s lifetime partner Sharon, who will reportedly has the potential to become a recurring guest on the series, indicating that Universe will not only feature the lives of the expedition team aboard the destiny, but also the families they have left behind.
