The great city of San Antonio will play host to something of a Stargate SG-1 reunion, with several of the show’s original cast members set to appear at the Spacecon pop culture convention this fall.
Richard Dean Anderson, Michael Shanks, and Amanda Tapping are all among the headliners for the event, scheduled to take place October 25-27, 2024, at the Freeman Coliseum Expo Halls in San Antonio, Texas. (No Christopher Judge announced for this event so far, alas.)

Spacecon is a new fan convention being put on by PMX Events, the group behind ACE Superhero Comic Con in San Antonio.
Spacecon will also feature a wide range of Star Wars actors, from Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen to Rosario Dawson, Giancarlo Esposito, Katee Sackhoff, Ray Park, Ahmed Best, and more.
On the Star Trek side, attendees can purchase autographs and photo ops with the likes of William Shatner, Kate Mulgrew, Jeri Ryan, Robert Beltran, Tim Russ, Brent Spiner, Anson Mount, Ethan Peck, and many more.
