The talented actors and actresses of the Stargate Franchise continue to have great success in alternative projects outside of the Franchise.
Stargate SG1 leader Beau Bridges has been nominated in the category of ‘Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series’ in the 2009 Emmy awards whilst Amanda Tapping’s hit Sy Fy show Sanctuary has been nominated in the ‘Outstanding Special Visual Effects for a Series’.
The 2009 Emmy Awards are due to be broadcast commencing September 20th 2009 on CBS in the United States of America, and will be hosted by Neil Patrick Harris.
