While on a mission, Col. Jack O'Neill and Lt. Tyler are ambushed by Goa'uld forces and trapped behind enemy lines

Maj. Samantha Carter, Dr. Daniel Jackson and Teal'c return to Stargate Command and inform Gen. Hammond, who is confused by their report: He's never heard of a Lt. Tyler, and a quick search shows no records that no one by that name was ever assigned to Stargate Command

Col. Frank Simmons arrives at Stargate Command to oversee psychological tests on Carter, Jackson and Teal'c. He probes for anything that might have caused their shared hallucination

Simmons launches a full investigation, and places the team members in quarantine until the matter of SG-1's security is solved

Meanwhile, O'Neill and Tyler are left on their own, to fight for survival � but is O'Neill fighting the right enemy?
