While attempting to save the members of SG-10 from a black hole on planet P3X-451, SG-1 activates the stargate on Earth and exposes itself to the singularity's gravitational pull. Trying to break free, the team shuts down the stargate. The ensuing explosion seriously injures Teal'c and Dr. Daniel Jackson
